Led by Amanda Senior
Founder, Creative Director, and Publishing Guide
ENVSN Academy is led by Amanda Morton-Senior, a creative director and systems strategist based in Ontario, Canada. She helps authors and founders turn ideas into finished products that look right and work right. Her sweet spot is where design, operations, and technology meet: clear plans, clean builds, and a calm path to the finish line.
Amanda’s background spans creative leadership, operations, and hands-on production. She has led teams in fast, high-standards environments, built customer journeys end to end, and delivered complex projects with tight timelines. As a publisher and book producer, she has guided authors from rough draft to live Amazon listings, handling interior formatting, cover direction, metadata, ISBNs in Canada, and the practical details that make a book discoverable. On the digital side, she has designed and launched websites, hooked up payments and scheduling, and automated the unglamorous chores that slow creators down.
Amazon KDP Publishing Sprint
“Students stay in the driver’s seat. My job is to map the route, guide you step-by-step, set weekly targets, and keep you on track so your book gets published with confidence.”
Amanda Senior
Program Lead & Facilitator
What makes her courses different is the way she teaches. Amanda breaks work into small, doable steps and removes the guesswork at each stage. Every module is paired with a checklist, a definition of done, and simple examples. Live sessions are focused and supportive. Replays, captions, transcripts, and focus guides are included for different learning styles. Accountability is firm but friendly. Students stay in the driver’s seat while she sets the route and pace.
Over the past few years, Amanda has shipped a wide range of creative and technical work:
- Publishing projects from manuscript to market, including cover strategy, interiors, and product pages on Amazon
- Course ecosystems using LearnWorlds, with live cohorts and self-paced versions that continue to deliver value after launch
- Websites and brand assets for authors, educators, and small businesses, with clean UX, clear copy, and reliable operations behind the scenes
- Marketing collateral that actually converts, from short social assets to simple launch kits
Her approach is practical. Amanda focuses on what moves the project forward today, and she documents the path so it is repeatable tomorrow. She cares about the details readers notice: typography that reads smoothly, images placed where text remains legible, covers sized correctly, and store pages that tell a compelling story in plain language. She also cares about the operational details most people ignore, like using the right file exports, storing assets properly, and keeping a tidy checklist so nothing slips.
ENVSN Academy reflects these values. The programs are outcome-driven and time-boxed. Students get the tools they need and none of the noise. The Amazon KDP courses guide authors to a publish-ready state with steady momentum, and the operations courses share the behind-the-scenes systems that keep creative work organized and profitable. Templates and prompts are part of every build so students can keep shipping after the course ends.
Amanda believes in generosity with craft and clarity with expectations. She will tell you what matters, what does not, and what to do next. If something is confusing, she rewrites it. If a process is fragile, she redesigns it. If a student needs a simpler path, she finds one. The goal is always the same: finish with quality, learn a repeatable method, and feel confident sharing the result.
Outside of teaching, Amanda continues to design, produce, and publish, which keeps her courses current and grounded in real work. She brings that active practice into the classroom so students benefit from what is working right now.
